Sampadakeeya's tirade against a Social Worker

Poor Sampadaka, his attacks seem to be directed against Hindu Icons alone. I request him to write about the recent canonization of Sister Alphonsa by the Vatican attributing to her "miracles".
The article shows his utter ignorance of samskR^itam. Take for instance:

the same amma also built hundreds of houses for those who were affected by floods in northern Karnataka. I haven't heard any reports in the media (including sampadakeeya's own blog) of Mr. Sampadakeeya having done any relief work.

So, it doesn't end with insinuating and personally attacking personalities. Mr. Sampadaka has a problem with people's mindsets too. Why didn't Mr. Sampadaka's vitriol flow against the Vatican Church when Alphonsa and Theresa were beatified? All vitriol is directed against Hindus!!!

No one should believe in miracles because Mr. Sampadaka says so! Isn't it a miracle that you are so insensitive Mr. Sampadaka? People go to Mathas and Pithas because they find peace there. They are many times not bothered as to whether the maThAdhiisha was a pavADa puruSha or not. Moreover, many who go there aren't fools.
You also contradict yourself here. Ramdev Baba has never claimed or done any miracles in his Yoga camps and Yoga training programmes on television, why do people throng his camps? It is because what he says is practical and what he says strikes a deep chord within them. Most importantly, they are positive people, they aren't negative people like you. Secondly, people like Ramdev Baba are very honest. Hence people follow them. Take my advice, start talking positively and people will throng your camps too!!!

I request Mr. Sampadaka to share with us the "evidence" if any for insinuating that the svAmis he named above have evaded taxes. I am sure Mr. Sampadaka knows that these are charitable organizations which are not expected to pay any taxes to the government provided they have maintained and audited their accounts regularly.

So, it doesn't end with insinuating and personally attacking personalities. Mr. Sampadaka has a problem with people's mindsets too. Why didn't Mr. Sampadaka's vitriol flow against the Vatican Church when Alphonsa and Theresa were beatified? All vitriol is directed against Hindus!!!
"ನೀವು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಠ-ಪೀಠಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ನೋಡಿ. ಮಠ ಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಗುರು, ಆನಂತರ ಬಂದು ಹೋದ ಮಠಾಧೀಶರ ಮೇಲೆ ಪವಾಡಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಪವಾಡಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟದ ಹೊರತು ಮಠಕ್ಕೆ ದೈವೀ ಕಳೆ ಬರಲಾರದು ಎಂಬುದು ಭಕ್ತರ ನಂಬುಗೆ ಇದ್ದಿರಬೇಕು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಗುರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವರು ಪವಾಡಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದರು. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು, ಜನನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ದೇವರನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿದರು ಅಥವಾ ದೇವಮಾನವರನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿದರು."
No one should believe in miracles because Mr. Sampadaka says so! Isn't it a miracle that you are so insensitive Mr. Sampadaka? People go to Mathas and Pithas because they find peace there. They are many times not bothered as to whether the maThAdhiisha was a pavADa puruSha or not. Moreover, many who go there aren't fools.
You also contradict yourself here. Ramdev Baba has never claimed or done any miracles in his Yoga camps and Yoga training programmes on television, why do people throng his camps? It is because what he says is practical and what he says strikes a deep chord within them. Most importantly, they are positive people, they aren't negative people like you. Secondly, people like Ramdev Baba are very honest. Hence people follow them. Take my advice, start talking positively and people will throng your camps too!!!

I don't have any problems with anyone claiming anything as long as he doesn't do something illegal. You say that he claimed that he was God etc. Whether his followers think of him as God etc. is none of our business. There are some of my friends who think of Sachin Tendulkar as God, Kamala Hasan as God etc. We can advise them not to think so. But there ends the case. We cannot impose our views on them. This is a democratic country where everyone has a right to his own beliefs.

O!!! So, Satya Sai Baba is saved from your umbrage? What was the point of the article at all then??? What if the people want bUdi bAbas everywhere in the country? Pray! What is the problem with bUdi at all? Is it because you don’t wear any bUdi?
P.S.: I am no devotee of Sai Baba, but respect his charitable activities. I saw Mr. Sampadaka’s article as defamatory and thought of expressing my anguish this way.
